Ultimate perfection has to be singular. You can't have a part that lacks something, since limitation cannot exist without the positive essence. It's like a shadow cannot exist without light existing first, since a lack of something is the nonexistence of that thing. Thus nonexistence cannot be the fundamental reality, it's just incoherent. You must have a singular perfection first before any limitation would be possible. That's the same reason why we attribute Love to God, for hatred, sloth, anger and all these other states area lack of love. Evil has no positive existence, no essence, it's a lack of love, thus God must be a Loving God.

If there are three essential beings, meaning three divisible beings of different nature's, then they can't be perfect as I mentioned because they would be limited in space that they have to occupy and because there can only be one ultimate perfection. What's the difference between perfection and perfection? Nothing, by definition.

Again, that's impossible. If they are distinct they are not perfect. Distinction means limitation, and limitation means not perfect. You're effectively asking why can't there be three different angles in a perfectly equilateral triangle, it's an incoherent question.

Each person indeed has a distinct consciousness, though of the same essence. It's not distinct in the way that it's divisible, you can't have one without the other.
God the Father is, always was and always will be.
The Father has an intellect. Within his intellect he observes and contemplates the only thing he can, himself, kind of like looking into a mirror. Except his intellect is perfect so it reflects himself perfectly meaning that the reflection is also fully God. This doesn't make God any more or less just like me observing myself in my mind doesn't make me any more or less. But they are not divisible. The Father can't not look at himself as he is the only one that exists and the son can't be separated from God.
The Spirit is the Will of God, and the only thing God can desire is himself as there is no other. A perfect will is Love, and so God perfectly desires himself making the Spirit also a person. The difference is that in order to love someone you first have to see them and know them. So the Spirit proceeds from the father and the Son, whereas the Son comes from the Father only.
The Will of God is God, as is the Intellect of God God. So they are indivisible, they don't occupy a different space nor position, and they are all perfect. The only difference is their order of procession, but their essence must be the same.
