its what retarded incels think NT means, but having the ability to get into multiple social circle locuses without coming off as cringe/ desperate is a very valuable trait. It can even land you a girl above your weight class (ginnie) .
I have found its much more frequent in higher wealth classes since your neurotransmitters are just that much more likely to be wired "Correctly" . Main difference is gift of gab is extremely rare, think Rodney d. , woody allen etc. while NT follows 98/2 (normal slobs vs autists)
