back in 2014, Assad had only the syrian coast and Damascus in control, and against all odds he fought back and took over syria again. It was the most heroic thing Ive witnessed. I guess times have changed.

israel and turkey probably armed the rebels and now that russia is fucked up in ukraine they cant properly defend syria
