I think he was on lookism too under the name "surgerymax" (that gay guy)
surprised any other surgeon didnt sooner take advantage of the mentally ill teenagers on these forums, you could easily persuade them to withdraw all their family's life savings and spend them on some totally unnecessary surgery that would increase their "PSL value".
