I’ve gained 10+ lbs in a couple months - boiledpotatoes87 - 16-11-2024
Just from ice cream and peanut butter, I think. Pills make my appetite skyrocket, and I can’t eat on off days. When I walk 15k+ steps, I just end up voraciously hungry so it’s a net increase in weight. LDAR periods are when I get skinny.

I lost a shit ton of weight after I stopped working out
51kg now, and I ate like a pig today

Wow, I think I was about 57kg at my lowest, but I’ve gone up to ~63 now. But same here, if I stop working out I instantly lose weight
I’ve got a cousin who is like 125lbs/57 at 6’6. He’s vegan
