switch between thinking modes. c = thinking mode. get this one that also gets boring after a while but sometimes very useful:
c: you dont need to think, your brain thinks subconsciously
but since c switch between thinking modes is self-referential it means that it will get boring too
so by definition there cannot be a c that is eternal, all c's i ever had got boring, and then were interesting again, so if you say c: think how you feel, or c: change this is also self-referential and gets boring/nonstimulating/nonremedial
