You don't have PMs enabled so let me tell you, the reason you keep getting banned and rejecting is because you don't clear cookies.
A moderator confirmed with me ( inside job

Yeah this was revolutionary for me too when I discovered cookie clearance on the serbian Krstarica forum
I was then able to create 5000+ alts
