It's like pressure is building up inside and it's about to explode. I can't think straight, super disoriented.
It hurts everywhere, on all sides. I laughed a little and then it hurt even more and I could hear my heartbeat through my head

if it's sunny try lay in the sun and cough the mucus out of your chest, that's what i usually do with limited success
