Whatever this infection I have in my chest is needs to be isolated, mass produced, and spread to everyone on the planet
Still wonder sometimes it it's just an extreme reaction to mold or if my lungs are colonized. Idk. Nothing I can do about it, I don't think I'll ever know for sure

Mold is very serious because symptoms only crop up once the infection has fucked you over.
Most cases very uncomfortable URI and weakening your immune system
Got sick from this black mold old at my dorm last year. It ruined me not just physically but mentally too.

You can track your VO2Max cardio fitness. Mine's 32.3 these days and acts as a predictor of illness

Yeah, I did a test for this and my result was like 30. I literally cannot take a breath and blow out, it's just all mucus, scar tissue, and infection

Brutal, thankfully I moved out of that fucking infested dump in no time.
Had moments during my URI where I would breath but feel no oxygen being absorbed, not sure how to describe it. Like I am breathing normal volume of air but not feeling myself replenishing properly. I had to take very deep breaths to not feel suffocating

I still can't accept the idea of mold hyper sensitivity myself, it seems like a sick joke
