no, it's actually on the bottom tier of diets efficiency-wise

it's way too hard to hit your nutritional targets on a purely plant based diet

if you dont believe try eating 1 week vegan and track everything you eat on Cronometer app

then do the same with a balanced omnivorous diet

the only benefit is that it's cheaper but its not worth the effort
