dream - psychoman - 29-09-2024 I'm not sure how, but in the dream, I found a cheat in the system and teleported to the UK, where my friend was. After reuniting, he suggested I work where he worked, so we went to the job together. It was a factory, but extremely weird. It was my first day, and the place was massive. There was a point A where you started and a point B, which was the end of the factory, and we had to travel through various paths. Each section had special containers where strange animals lived—the factory was harvesting them. Upon my arrival, the other employees were discussing the death of the previous worker. Apparently, people died here daily, and the job was extremely dangerous. First of all, the ground wasn't normal; it looked like lava, but it was actually ice. However, this ice wasn’t just cold—it caused hallucinations and was highly toxic. Workers had devices that allowed them to float, but it was incredibly difficult to control. Many of the animals were deadly, venomous, and wild. The containers were all floating, and the ceiling was so high you couldn't see it due to the fog. Our job was to check on all the animals from point A to point B, and when we reached B, there was a wheel-of-luck game where you could earn tokens. If you got 0 tokens, you wouldn’t get paid and would probably get fired. Workers moved together to help each other out. On my first run, I accidentally bumped into a centipede container. As long as they touched you, you became paralyzed. I had several of them on me, and I frantically threw them off, but I still got paralyzed. One wrapped around my neck and started suffocating me. I was nearly passing out when the other workers saved me. Even then, I still felt something wrong and realized there was one in my pocket. I quickly threw it out, down to the ice soup 20 meters below. My friend said, "Let’s hope no one saw. We aren’t allowed to kill the animals. If they see you do it, you’ll get fired." The group reached the end, and I saw all kinds of crazy things, like two-headed goats and bizarre animals and insects. There was also a restroom, but the entrance was blocked by a dead worker’s body. He had been killed by a radioactive animal, and his corpse had been lying there for days. The situation was so bad that even with protective suits, no one could move him. They said they’d just have to wait for the body to decompose naturally. We played the wheel game for tokens. You could use the tokens you earned to try again, but it was risky—you could end up with nothing. I kept getting just one token while most others got many, and I kept using it to try my luck. My friend and I messed around for a while, and soon everyone left, leaving just the two of us. My friend said, "Don’t worry, we’ll be fine," so we kept goofing off a bit longer. I wanted to light a cigar, but my friend warned me, “Don’t, there are cameras everywhere. Let’s get back!” Instead of returning the normal way, my friend said, "Hey, check this out, I know a secret path on the ground." He showed me that some areas of the ground weren’t chemical ice. There were footsteps, so it seemed other workers had been using this route. But my stupid friend got playful and challenged me to a race, as if I knew the secret path, while I didn’t. He ran ahead quickly and just shouted, "Follow the footsteps and you’ll be fine." About 100 meters ahead, the footsteps took a strange detour, like a small circular path that didn’t seem necessary. I thought, "What the hell?" and decided to bypass it. The moment I touched the middle, I felt something was wrong. My floating device jammed, and the footsteps disappeared. This also disrupted my friend’s path, and he got lost too. We panicked. The more we touched the ice soup, the more reality started to warp, and we had intense hallucinations. It was freezing. I fell into the ice and my friend barely pulled me out. Down there, we saw lost animals, most of them wild and overly aggressive. We were constantly running from bears, hyenas, and giant insects. On top of that, we hallucinated Dota heroes attacking us, casting spells. I was extremely cold and about to die of hypothermia when we found a baby kangaroo. My friend recognized him—he’d been lost months ago and was one of the few friendly animals. Apparently, my friend had petted him before. We rushed to the kangaroo and hugged him to stay warm, and it worked. He was hot. We hugged him for 10 minutes until we were dry and warm. Then we continued our journey. There were trees down there with many branches. Up until this point, the wild animals that attacked us had been around our size or smaller, but now there was a gigantic bear blocking our path. I said, "Nope, not going that way." But my friend insisted, "Bro, we should go that way. The bear can’t do anything to us—we’re faster. We can always climb trees. The only thing we should be worried about is Underlord (a Dota hero who can teleport people)." I wasn’t convinced and said, "Nah, let’s go another way. We barely survived the hyenas and wolves. One hit from the bear, and we’re dead." So we turned back and started walking over the ice soup again. If we fell, we’d be dead. Suddenly, oceanic monsters rose from the ice, chasing us. My friend, who had been calm the entire time, finally lost it and yelled, "Holy fucking shit, run!" We ran back toward the bear. The bear started attacking, so we climbed trees, but the trees couldn’t support both of us. We kept yelling at each other for choosing the same tree when there were so many. The bear would swipe the trees down with one hit, so we had to keep moving. Eventually, we found some buildings, and there was a tree that led to the roof. I climbed it, but when I got to the top, I saw Underlord standing there. I remembered my friend’s warning, "Underlord is what we should worry about." Underlord said his signature voice line and cast his spell on me. Then I woke up—teleported back to Iran. |
