Ive been thinking abt this bc my mom gave birth to me at 35 so she was way past her prime

Younger is better, older increases chances for defects in the Child. 

Also harder for the mother to have good nutrition as an aging digestive tract absorbs less nutrition etc.

35 isnt ideal but its not anything super bad

maybe like early 20s to late 20s overall for most women is ideal
