They ask for a revise and resubmit (this basically amounts to an acceptance)
Some highlights from the anonymous reviewers:
"This is really brilliant, and intriguing...but there are problems in its readability at this stage."
"Thoughtful....well argued...these are large claims and sure to cause debate...but the analysis is coherent and persuasive."
