that's how i thought it worked
it kinda forces you to keep your phone in or near your hand at all times, which is probably tiring except to the 18yo jbs they target
you're also more likely to damage the phone's display if the phone is just hanging loosely off your wrist

i think i would buy it if the bracelet was smaller and has no function
