stated in the title couldnt be further from truth, and i cant believe this isn't common knowledge. the guy whose tweet you are ridiculing as "bluepilled" isn't a functional "normie" (cringe), that's just another loser from the margins of society who ended up coping with slightly different fringe opinions, lmao

its true for upper-middle class white people in coastal america maybe, not something you can apply to your average real lifer in most places of the world tho
its not like you can put "normies" in a box either way, theres more diversity of personality on the street outside than on a psl forum
in my experience people dont care if you make risky jokes at all, they brush it off super easily even if you know they disagree with it

nah, what i described is standard behavior in my experience, and i m as far from the upper middle class white people from coastal america as it gets (unfortunately)

viewing someone as a clown or animal and still treating them well is less racist than openly admitting to it, at least there's some guilt and recognition of wrongdoing involved
racism, misogyny, homophobia, are not easily fixable. you can suppress them, but there will always be an underlying feeling of disgust beneath all the honest attempts at being nice - most people arent aware of this, so we refer to public displays and embrace of these feelings as their -isms

but "admitting" this doesnt automatically mean treating them better. i have yet to witness such a person treat a minority better because they are consciously considering them to be subhumans
