He is taller than me even though I ate high protein diet. I am 5ft11.5 (182cm barefoot ).
He also has much more developed muscles and superior body comp. Quite a lean guy too.
Not balding but slightly thinning at the top and he has nicer skintone that me.
Geneticspill is the mist brutal one...
