I can't afford to PROVIDE FINANCIALLY for a Narcissistic Modern Woman for her to pretend she "loves me" while she cheats on me

How old are you OP?
This is a problem primarily for men 30+ I think.
I'm 37. It's so over at my age. And its probably been over for several years.
