RE: My upcomming bonesmash routine - Bookist - 18-05-2022 I support bonesmashing theory If you want even better gains in BMD (Bone Mineral Density) i recommend researching the steroid called "Deca Nandrolone" The thing with Nandrolone as a steroid its very good for Bone Mineral Density, Bone Mass AND Collagen You will find more info about all that if you read about Nandrolone The collagen effect is a 300 % increase Doctors have been prescribing Nandrolone in the past for Oestoporosis. Its very good for the bones.
