its unnatural, and i argue, impossible to go against your feelings for a medium to longterm, its like running a marathon when u dont feel like it like like when ur extremely depressed, u won't be able to do it. thats why ur a slave to your feelings, ur forced to act how your feelings tell you... u wont be able even to focus on crime longterm. the mindfuck cycle nightmare is gonna continue...
it has to do when acting against your feelings its endotherm, so not sustainable, its gonna eat at you until ur virtually forced to give up. thats why its better to act how your feelings tell you, ergo exotherm.

this is like fucking solution to a mathematical millennium problem, like the poincare conjecture, though i dont think its complete proof, its sufficient though.
