Nothing is absolute everything is relative. Time Passes differently depending on your Speed, If u accelerate to Speed of light u Go to the future, Like 1 year Passes in your spaceship while 10 years pass on earth as time dilates, space time continuum encompasses the universe, space is curved so wormholes and black holes are created
Energy equals mass times light Speed squared
Means the more mass and Speed the more energy, this can be used in Fusion reactors to create massive bursts of Energy, and atomic ombs are created through nuclear fission and hydrogen bombs through heavy water, Deuterium and tritium
