tbh i wish i could do this with cigarettes. i can spend long periods of time without drinking but with cigarettes it's impossible. i simply just dont feel sane without it, it's an agony to not smoke. deprivation or delayed gratification with any sort of substance is good because after awhile you feel relief from the strong effects as your system has raset and came to its baseline function
