C IQ/knowledge and gaining knowledge = able to make money
If you cannot C IQ/knowledge you cannot make money illegally
but if you make money illegally ( C crime ) without C IQ/knowledge first you will be caught
So C IQ/knowledge is always important, even if you cannot make money you can still commit perfect crime
