Implant did not go well, going to need to take it out and put fat grafts in instead. Put in a better design when I can afford it

Just like you I too have recession, not on the jaw but mainly my orbitals. I have recessed orbitals and lack of brow ridge protrusion. My jaw doesn't need any work for now and my phlitrum to chin ratio is decent.

I am 17 so I still have time. I need to get a job before I can even look into consults for orbital implants + cantho.

I had sleep apnea but I paid all out of pocket. Could have maybe got it covered in the US but most surgeons are not aesthetically conscious I had won a big fellowship that enabled be to pay this at the time.

As it stands there's too great a discrepancy in projection between the infra and submalar area causing the skin to "sag."

Sad to hear about the undesired result with the implants. You said here that Pagnoni and Dr.R are probs the best rn, what about Dr.Eppley in the US?
