I listen to Binaural Beats with headphones while i'm working. The frequencies I use helps to make me focus and it decreases my anxiety
I create my own frequencies. Normally I listen to the 10 hz frequency for alpha brain waves, alpha brain waves are good to make you feel calm and decrease anxiety
