i feel so bad when i listen to these retards. i dont even remember the last time i heard this being brought up, though, seems like a thing of the past on the balkans
in fact i cant kind of even understand lottery players (the sort of people you accurately described). i mean come on, they know they're stuck with salary that's barely enough for them to survive for life, and that they dont have what it takes to become self-made millionaires since that's just a fairy tale
