This reddit list is several underground online pharmacies that sells prescription medication
They have all kinds of prescription meds from

basically even though that subreddit is about trans medications, the websites they list often ALSO sells a bunch of other medications who normally needs a prescription
If you buy from a online pharmacy based in EU then there is no risk of customs seizing the package. EU country to EU country shipments dont get controlled by the customs.

If you want steroids on the other hand you need to find the official steroid forum in germany, they have all the webshops advertising there
For example the steroid forum in sweden is called hushboard.biz . There are propably equivalents to this forum in Germany also

Tramadol you could get easily on the streets, because its a drug that many people take recreationally
But if you want steroids or parkinsons medications/antidepressants etc then underground online phatmacies is your only option
