Fucking hell, why do I need to spend 2-3 hours for a job posting crafting my resume so that some overpaid HR lady can sip on her coffee and “clear me”? What is this bullshit?
First off, you as an HR are HIRED IN THE FIRST PLACE to MAKE IT EASY FOR both candidates and companies to find each other.
you’re not HIRED AND PAID TO EXPECT RHE CANDIDATE TO SUCK YOU OFF WITH A 3 HOUR STORY.
Fucking losers HRs. I FUCKING HATE THEM. they know NOTHING about their job or the job which they are hiring for. They will just use their stupidity to fuck things up for both the company and for the Candidates apply.
God I hope they don’t ever get to heaven if there was such a place.

You don’t get it.
You can have a resume filled with insane achievements which is direct as fuck but looks boring, and a terrible resume which looks amazing but is filled with bs buzzword and corporate lingo.
Your average HR will look at the first one for 3 seconds and discard it, while she will mire the 2nd one for a long time.
She basically doesn’t do her job.
Fucking jackass.
All HRs are like this, even the male ones, they are unbelievably soy as fuck. That’s why small companies grow super fast because the leadership team is directly involved in the recruiting process and these overpaid HRs can’t BS their way and can’t play their lazy hand.
