it really doesnt matter what ur academic background is to work in a field
thankfully i intuitively knew this and got it validated many times including when i was pretty young from talking with a leading biotech researcher from NYC when i was a kid. he got his degree in a non STEM major.
i just posted this because of my frustration with retarded HRs/recruiters/Humanities&Arts faggots who dont understand that you dont need formal education in something to get a job.
like i was talking to this recruiter earlier and she was genuinely retarded and couldn't comprehend the idea of an electrical engineering student working in another field.
like bitch you are hiring people who are good at the required task and are well versed in the field, not someone who has the academic whatever fuck
