And memory Training even hurts, is hard, so why do it, and If u Focus on memory Training u Miss Out on knowledge gathering etc, and there is enough knowledge to Focus on for 100 years so. The only Thing u can do for your memory is Take nootropics, thats the only Thing i advise
Not only that, the worse your memory is, the better your brain is at some Other cognitive feats (Not Sure which exactly, but its fact that If u suck at sth Ur even better at sth Else, for example: Ur Not remembering useless stuff and can JUMP to Other thoughts thats an advantage.
Also u can write down or record things
