the way your brain function keeps changing throughout your life, sometimes you are smart and sometimes you are stupid.
there is no particular pattern and it's so random.
there are days that you can almost tell you are stupid as fuck. even tho you generally claim to be an intelligent person.
trick is to learn when you are low IQ and when you are high IQ, because it varies through the year. make your decisions when you are sure u are in high iq phase and just do simple things when u know u are in low iq phase.
honestly i think emotional state plays huge role and confidence, like legitimately affects how your brain function if you feel down and lost.
this whole IQ tests are completely useless since Int is not constant, a real determination of IQ should be constructed on daily basis test.
maybe it's just me and its because of weed addiction that i have for years.

im an 80 IQ bum who acts solely on instinct. sometimes you have to realize your "high IQ" epiphanies are just bursts of mania that cloud the fact you are an actual bonafide retard *speaking for myself*

wait a minute thats actually a great idea and i think already implanted but imagine an app or sth, where you perform daily tests.
it provides for you stats and analysis on your intelligence. you can also add diary to it so that you can later study if things happening in real life affected your intelligence.
but how to make such a test? we can't possibly have unique questions and puzzles for every day and redundancy is useless.

IQ tests are retarded and gaslight ppl. mid school high school i got test and i was high IQ and legit i know i was intelligent as fuck back then.
but comparing myself rn to then, i'm borderline dawn syndrome now.
