I realized why my memory is bad - MVP - 05-03-2024
Its because i have so many thoughts in my brain Always, so much noise in the brain, as an Autist, that it interferes with my memory, however i can Just repeat the Things 10 Times or so and use mnemonics to strengthen the dendrites, and then my memory will be fine. Also my brain ilhas billions of thoughts stored, thats Like a full hard Drive Disk, maybe this makes the Accezz of memory worse, speculation.
This topic goes deeper i think, there might be way more probably ,I might need to think more, but thats the gist of it.
