I mean don't expect a player with average attributes to become world class just because his personality and work ethic (hidden attributes) is good but players with good personality are more likely to hit their potential and hit it fast some wonderkids for example are deemed as fraud among fm players even tho you can see their potential is so high thru game editor but their personality is so bad they wiill never reach it when signing a wonderkid find the best position for that kid and add +3 to their relevant stats in your mind, if you like what you see then sign him |
