I don't feel like doing anything at all, I just waste time perma tbh
no energy or drive whatsoever, everything is so boring
Should I stop smoking or smth

yes, cigarettes have formaldehydes and other aldehydes, along with carbon monoxide, which are the main causers of "lazy mundane no-energy feelings"
different people react differently to varying levels of these, depending on ur genes, and ur body's DNA repair mechanism efficacy.
u might be affected more personally via these.
