no, the process goes like this:

gets new alt approved
copy pastes the exact same 4-5 threads to get attention
a few weeks pass and he's a nobody
gets mad and locks himself out of the account

out of how many threads you've made? + the factor you were recognizable after a while, whereas i started from 0 (maybe 10 people there knew who "my pet" is before i started a new alt)
