I walked really fast, with all my body in on the action. I also walk up a steep hill to return from the lake.
I am back at home will do some kata and then play beat saber then quick shower. I'll go back to do that hill once again before day ends. Hoping to get close to 900-1000 calories burned
I sinned last night probably ate unhealthy 600 calories (carbs, biscuits). It is so hard to pay for it so I should never sin again.
