To grow as an individual, you need to focus on taking in as much information as possible through Extraverted Intuition.
You need to allow yourself to get into situations that you aren't necessarily comfortable with, or that are different from the situations that they would normally choose in life.
You learn from experience, so the best way for you to grow as a person is to open yourself to new experiences.
