congrats, you eat the raw beef that is raised in a controlled environment that has very little parasites or even bacterial hazards, you will survive due to modern technology and food processing.
now go kill some random animal, any animal, and eat it raw, and you will be full of parasites and have terrible stomach issues and even possibility die.
