it won't pick up because at some point certain standardized model was forced to be default, this made forums out of fashion, lasting only the very old ones with loyal userbase. think about it, despite the Internet being truly an iceberg, what are the most popular sites? the ones for communication in specific. everyone's funneled into the same in-check and manageable three-headed places: Reddit, Twitter, Discord. you will never see a normie outside the very same social medias, or I doubt you'll do
