First off in order to do this you need to have the ability to blabber 100 words per second. Context doesn't really matter.
-Start debate from the topic u want to focus on the most, and let the other person speak. Make them think they are gonna go through this topic and then have time to speak their mind about what they really want.
-Pick up the pace and start bombarding them with red herrings before they finish their point. Think of it as having them drive through a highway but every time there is an exit you make them go into the exit and drive until there is a dead-end and then drive back to continue on the highway.
-Become more aggressive, start what aboutisms, throw in strawmen, bring up unsourced information, speak on top of them every time you come up with some random bullshit, don't try to back up the shit u say, it doesn't matter if they refute some, you got infinite ammo. Your goal is to make them as exhausted as possible and control where this debate is going.
-After you make them play defense for 10 minutes, bring up the most acceptable take they had on this debate and act as if you have come to terms.
-Close the debate by asking them something your views collide like what do you hope for the next day and they will say love and peace and unity etc, and close the debate there, making it seem like they have submitted to you.

there's this girl in my grad program who does this, you know when they preface their incoming disagreement with an over-theatrical confused/shocked facial expression while you're still talking that what ultimately comes out of their mouth is going to be bullshit. probably a behavior she took on from watching too much cnn
