cough, nosespray, antipsychotics - MVP - 19-05-2023
next thing i need to heal is, becoming independent of nosesprays and my coughing/frog feeling in throat, like there is something in throat..
i know that against cough/harrumph
i should stop smoking and get on nicotine products but i have no money for that
and i should use certain sweets against coughing and honey etc
what else?
also im addicted to nosesprays
when i think about it im also addicted to the antipsychotics and i would legit die if there was a shortage of medication. i would ghave to kill myself for real. thats pretty dangerous. maybe i should somehow get off the medication slowly but i cannot because im in the ward currently
