alright mvp, i will explain this to u very simply.

lets say u and me are playing football.

when we play football, the ball moves in the x direction and the z direction and it bounces up and down a little so in the y direction too.

so the x component tells us how the ball moves in the x direction, the z component tells us how the balls moves in the z direction. and of course, the y component tells us in the y direction.

a tensor is basically like an array of these components, its like a machine where if u change one thing, all the other components get affected, and tensor tells us how it gets affected and in which transformative way.
