i have a lot of interests and its hard for me to pick 1 - brocode - 21-04-2023
hello bookism greetings,
the time has come for me to pick a career path and stick to it.
im very much fascinated and interested by a wide variety of industries and scientific developement, i genuinely am. and with that im intrigued to work on them alike. real work, developing, and scaling them.
be it metal mining and mining technology, Leveraged buyout private equity deals, glass batteries, computation, energy engineering, innovative cloud data warehouse architectures, pharmacokinetics of different drugs especially for niche obscure diseases, semiconductors, consulting for governments, innovative supply chain ops management... the list keeps going on.
basically, i have a lot of interests. and its very hard to pick 1 and stick to it.
i have realized that, pursuing a wide variety of interests at the same time is impractical and doesn't result in any real growth in career.
so i need to pick 1 industry.
now the problem is, i don't have a framework through which i can analyze and pick 1 industry to stick to. its very challenging.
does anyone have any suggestions to help me in this regard?

its something i intend to do at a later stage in life, not right now. now is not the right time.

the whole point is u can explore 10000 different things without comitting and just gain knowledge
dont stress, gain knowledge and wealth/clarity will come naturally

yeah i'll probably move to the US midway through college, like transfer or something. we'll see
