yep. i ve been considering forcing myself to rebuild my social life and completely forget about these cheap alternatives to it, but it's so hard when you are introverted.

that's my point
i cant believe i let myself go so much that i ended up getting dopamine and cortisol spikes from responses from anonymous people online
