Legit Ingredient for Tastemaxxing while dieting - brocode - 30-03-2023

If u can’t eat simple cooked chicken or beef and want some flavor

Just add tomato paste to it after u have cooked it

It will be legit for taste + give u extra lookz from all that lycopene

Yeah they do but more than that, they have higher levels of anti-nutrients such as phytates, oxalates, Polyphenols, tannins, and alkaloids.

These antinutrients literally stop the absorption of the nutrients in the food.
It’s nature’s way of saying “hey don’t eat me, if u eat me u will not feel good”, and of course we built some tolerance that’s a different story.

Basically all plants have such anti-nutrients in HIGH AMOUNTS EXCEPT for some fruits and lettuce and broccoli.

Spinach has high oxalates, all the iron in it is legit rendered useless with its oxalate content.

That’s why when u eat some spicy chicken u don’t feel all that full but when u eat like 4-5 pieces of simple cooked chicken u feel giga full, because the nutrients are all absorbed whereas with spices they aren’t.

Also it’s a bad idea to mix foods from a health POV, and the ideal food mixing and cooking way is found in French Cuisine, that’s why all French people are good looking to some extent even their “bad looking people” are kinda gl and most of their lookz problems stems from breathing and not diet.

But yeah basically even small amounts of spice — any spice — along with the other things I mentioned has high amounts of this chit called Capsacin (it’s what makes it spicy in the first place) and the classification of Capsaicin is that it’s a phytochemical, basically isomers of phytates.

@kathisterima I made a shit ton of threads about this topic and diet on Lookism but the faggot coordinate decided to go mental and didn’t even tell us so we could archive all this

Thankfully it’s all on my mind at least
