I have a pro-african racial bias

generally subsaharan africans i've seen are, compared to whites:

- just about equally intelligent

- more hardworking, people pleaser/team players

- HQNP n deeply spiritual/religious

- better looking and more charismatic (comparing averages here)

indians and the typical outsourcing groups will scam, do little work as possible, and generally create unpleasant work enviroment with racial tensions and being aspie

One of the rare instances where inefficiency and poor results are genuinely structural, corrupt management, patrimonial system of goverment, resources curse ect.
