I don't even care. it's what feels most natural to me. do you think our ancestors would all be having 3 meals a day with snacking in between? hell no. so I just have one big meal each day. that's literally it.

i believe in ancestor theory tbh but is living like @Noonz or eating like @Noonz more important lol
