I only smoke once a week, and not even a full cig

I've noticed I'm more mucous-y and I snored last night for the first time in my life (also recovered from bad cold recently) so I guess it's just a compounded effect

Time to go back to healthycelling ig

Only gonna smoke once every 6 months if even that

I don't even rlly ever think of smoking tbh

I think I'm immune to substance addiction, closest thing would be sugar @kathisterima

Don't know, I feel like this doesn't even qualify as smoking.

You have to smoke half a pack per day to start seeing noticeable repercussions on your health

But you never know, yeah smoking ain't good for sure.

as kath said, this won't change anything. you probably have grandparents who smoked one to two packs per day, this isn't a reason to freak out or directly associate to the symptoms you're experiencing

this might be from nose medicine or similar. you said you did something that traditionally is done through the nose recently, it might be that even if you parachuted it.
