Within Europe, more eastern population have higher malocclusion and fwhr. Fwhr is primarily a malocclusion sign which is why psl is retarded.
America is drier because of the Sierra Nevada and has less ticks. As a result it has normal fwhr, the fwhr of Americans is about 1.6 versus 1.7 for Spain and 1.8 for Sweden. Yes, Northern Europeans have wider faces because of the overall eastern trend.
In the past hunter gatherers had robust faces. In the 19th century pacifiers caused malocclusion. It wasn't until the 1970s that rich white populations returned to breastfeeding. Women's faces improved in the 1990s due to the breastfeeding movement.
The first baby friendly hospital was in India, then the west coast. Evergreen was the largest private hospital in Washington which had the largest hospitals. It spread to other hospitals in Washington, which are still subhuman because those states are obese and cold. California is rich from ports and oil, and so is new york. Those are the main states with any convincing attempt at improving their hospitals.
Cedar Sinai promoted breastfeeding for decades. Many celebrities are born here because it prevents malocclusion and improves their face. The Kardashian for example. California had several BF hospitals by 2010 while new york only had them a few years ago. Boston was fast to adopt this and it has a hospital in the ghetto that was certified in 1999. But Boston is too small to matter.
The northeast in general has low rates of long term baby friendly certification. Ny also has less physical activity than California. The northeast is subhuman, there's a reason most female celebrities are from California.
Within los angeles the richest area is santa Monica, populated by mutt subhumans but with a decent white population. There are essentially zero people with Nordic ancestry in New York. There are some English ancestry, and they are in rich areas, but again their hospital system is subhuman and although reported breastfeeding rates are high, they boost them artificially with certification and the state did not originate the breastfeeding movement.
In conclusion the rich areas of California probably have the most attractive females in the world, I have asked the euros here to post their thots and they are almost entirely malocclusive.

They are relatively good because of the factors I mentioned, just not as good as america. The British offshoots are mostly the same as Britain, America is different because ticks.
There's not much real variation between countries otherwise. Even races within countries are fairly low importance. Within 200 years almost all family lines intersect at some point and Anglo Saxons vs celts and stuff like that is insignificant. The biggest factors are obesity and childcare, and large differences in race, but within those groups everyone is the same.
England and Europe in general produces very few female celebrities, Asia produces a few because of their bug mentality and marketing, it's just crazy how few English females are famous despite it in theory being the center of the world. Of the top 100 celebrities two are British and both play nerd roles that aren't about looks.
I'm just using celebrities as a proxy for the non subhuman population as there are no statistics.
