or kids, just because they have kids, they still exist etc.

tbh these things are so intertwined that it's impossible to ever know
sure, you can lop off a guys limbs, submerge his body in acid, gouge out his eyes so he's only a deformed husk with a mouth
but at that point it'd just be how much pity the woman has
