I was quite surprised and I thought it would be more like 4k usd in bulgaria for top 1%
just as a comparison, in India thats upper middle class in the main 5 urban cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad) but not top 1% at all and very good income in middle urban places.
and obviously in the US its not top 1% at all
